The service has been overall great. I’ve been constantly helped and followed by their account who helped me and answer my questions everytime I needed it. The work has been completed rapidly and the plumber worked independently and called me once the job was done explaining me what was done. Extremely satisfied and highly suggested if you need this kind of work in your house.
We have had a family bathroom and en-suite refit and painting of our entire 4bed flat. As first time renovators Valentin was amazing to have on your side from start to finish. He was very patient, explained everything and did everything he could to work within our budget. His team, Bobbi, Adrian and Andy were so kind and respectful given we were also living at the property with our two small children for part of the project, not to mention the amazing job they did with the installation and painting. will definitely go straight back to Valentin for our next project!
I had my apartment painted and am very pleased with the results! They were able to get the job done quickly (2-3 days) and the paint work was amazing. Everyone was professional and trustworthy. On the last day, I left them to work alone and was very pleased with the overall work. Will be using their services again if the need arises.

Valentin was very accommodating and understanding re our ensuite installation George and David were always punctual, professional and trustworthy as they were sometimes left all alone as we had to go to work etc. I will definitely be using them again as the turn around period was really quick as promised. Quotes were by far the cheapest we had had and the end result reflects top dollar. Literally the total package or one stop shop. Trust me...Valentin will always find a solution within your budget. Am really satisfied with them and the job. They work fast and are clean and tidy.
I needed a few shelves and a bookshelf fixed to the walls of our new flat, and Alex from CityPrime did a fantastic job! He was very professional, friendly and really kind, he even offered to clean up the spots where he had worked after he finished. The whole CityPrime team was very communicative and punctual, and we are very pleased with the result!
